Delicious definitely! This was Wednesday Lunch
Great all you can eat lunch value. Nice choices in courses and well prepared food. Today I tried a new roll and found out I chose a tasty, visually appealing one. I've been many times for lunch and have had no disappointment. Be sure to sit near the fish tank, the residents put on a relaxing show.
This place has excellent service and food. Our chef was fantastic. The sushi was extremely fresh - so fresh the cucumbers are crunchy. He was very entertaining. We all enjoyed ourselves very much. The chicken was seriously the best hibachi chicken I’ve ever had.
Was staying overnight in Glenmont and needed a place to eat on a Saturday night. Decided to go to Akira. What a great decision. First time going here and the experience was wonderful. The people were friendly and we were seated right away. The atmosphere was inviting, spacious ,decorative. It was socially inclusive to families as well as intimate dining. Ample parking. Warm staff. Clean bathroom. Now to the food, where to begin. We ordered edamame for our appetizer and for the main course steak& scallops hibachi and lobster& chicken hibachi. This was started off with a delicious miso soup & salad with ginger dressing. Main course was cooked to perfection! For dessert we had the deep fried cheesecake & chocolate ice cream. Which was a spectacular and delicious ending to a wonderful meal. We will return.
Pretty decent place for all you can eat sushi. Quality could be improved, regardless still I'd recommend trying if you are looking for sushi in the area.
Everything was good, fast and fresh. The servers were awesome and attentive. The place was clean and open. The all you can eat was worth every penny.
We ate from all you can eat menu. You have a sheet to check off items you want to eat. Have 2 sided page of sushi rolls. Other side they cook food in front of you.
Did the all you can eat option, sushi, softshell crab, crab ragoon, miso soup all great! Girlfriend had the hibachi and it was also superb!
